Do I need a credit card?
No. Try FLOTELO free for 30 days without a credit card.
What counts towards my plan limit?
Active vehicles and machines combined. Users are unlimited, and company equipment does not count towards the limit.
Can I invite colleagues?
Yes. Every plan includes unlimited users. Roles and permissions control what each person can see and change.
Can I use FLOTELO on my phone?
Yes. FLOTELO works on your phone, so authorised colleagues can open and update equipment records on site.
Can I export the trip log?
Yes. Select a vehicle and date range, then download a PDF or XLSX report.
What happens when my trial ends?
Without an active subscription, your workspace becomes read-only. Your data is not automatically deleted. You can manage continued access in subscription settings.
Who receives notifications?
In-app and email notifications follow each user’s role, assigned assets and notification preferences.
Can anyone access a record through its QR code?
No. A QR code opens the right vehicle or machine. Users still need to sign in and have permission to access company records.
Does FLOTELO include help?
Yes. FLOTELO includes an AI chat that helps you find features and use them. You can hand your request to the support team directly from the chat. AI help complements human support.
